Hiya! I’m back with another round of HARPS! This week’s theme is your passion, and one of mine is photography!
I recently went to my grandfather’s house and took pictures on his amazing camera. Usually, I can’t get these photos, but I was able to get some of these! Most of them featured my little sisters, so there are only a couple of the high-quality ones I can show.
first, I will show you some of my photos I have taken and I like: {note: you can pretty much tell which ones I took on my grandfather’s camera because they are higher quality}

taken March. of 2017!!! XDthis was taken May 4th, 2017. Look how much I’ve improved!*bursts out laughing* this was September, I think, but look at it!! Two dolls in diapers, in a basket, staring at each other?? Haha the one on the right looks like she’s not amused and bored. XDHave I ever shared this one? Well, now I am!! It’s all shook up now, but look how pretty it was back in November!

I love this photo!okay…..if it wasn’t so dark, it would have been SO good!one of the first pictures I took. it’s sooooo bad (QUALITY-WISE) but kind of cute. XDuh, imagine if this was a picture of real people? they are looking down and to the side… not at the camera. XD
rockaby… dollie?baby, over here!I was so proud of this picture… XDagain, why aren’t they looking at the camera?this was my profile picture for a while!this one’s pretty good!blurry… hahathis one’s actually kinda good!it looks like the picture was taken in front of a white paper background- but it was my yellow wall with flash (that made it look white, haha!)I think this was for a photo series for my old blog- I had only posted one post of the series, and then just forgot about it, haha!another one for the photo series. (I put the doll on my pillow and pretended it was a chair!) XD*bursts out laughing again* that isn’t my handwriting (I was trying to write it like a 8-year-old but it turned out like a 13-year-old who doesn’t have that super neat handwriting the aesthetically-pleasing girls have)this would’ve been good if it had been brighter…to leave off on a better-picture note… napkins!
So that’s all for the photos! I’m also going to post some tips I’ve learned while taking photography.
photography tips and tricks:
make sure the camera is still. If the camera isn’t still, then it’ll turn out blurry.
just so you know, a lot of your photos won’t be the best. So what? Try, try, try again!
while every camera is great, there is a difference in cameras. as you can tell from above, the photos with my grandfather’s camera were higher quality because of the higher-quality camera. If you can’t get one like that (like me) then you have to work at taking better photos and you could edit them, but I only edit them for personal things, like blurring something out. But you can edit them if you’d like. 🙂
Wow, that was a ton of pictures! If I got the points wrong, let me know, I may have counted wrong, haha!
points: 47 photos = 94, 2 for posting on Tuesday (t is in there), and 3 for posting = 99!! So, including my other post, it’s 102! (104 if you include the featured image) Wow, I didn’t think I’d get so many points!
And to Starling: does the featured image count? I did take the photo 😉
